JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioners, through Video Conferencing, submits that while this application was filed on behalf of the petitioners, above named, to grant them the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.401 of 2020, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, but this application in respect of the petitioner no.1, namely, Bhuneshwar Yadav, has already been dismissed as withdrawn due to his arrest in connection with the aforesaid case vide order dated 19.03.2021 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that, now, the petitioner no.2, namely, Battan Yadav, has also been arrested by the police in this case and, as such, this application in respect of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3824 of 2021(4) dt.17-05-2021 2/2 the petitioner no.2, namely, Battan Yadav, has also become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw this application in respect of the petitioner no.2, namely, Battan Yadav, also. Permission is accorded.
This application in respect of the petitioner no.2, namely, Battan Yadav, is also dismissed as withdrawn. Since this application in respect of both the petitioners, above named, has already been dismissed as withdrawn, therefore, this application stands disposed of. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
