2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 681/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of pelting stone on police team, when they reached to catch some wanted accused.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that name of this petitioner transpired in the present case on the basis of disclosure as made by apprehended co-accused namely Vishal Kumar. It is further submitted that petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence nor he was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45272 of 2026(2) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 under influence of alcohol and he lives outside his village for livelihood and moreover, allegation is very general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner found involved in one more case, where he is on bail.
5. Learned APP, opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as allegation qua pelting stone is prima-facie appearing very general and omnibus in nature against petitioner, accordingly petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna/concerned trial court where the case is pending in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 681/2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
