Petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that all the accused persons caught him. Bipin Paswan is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head.

It is submitted that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioners and they are in jail since 22.07.2014. Considering the facts that the petitioners are not the

Case No. 43 of 2014.
