The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 387, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act, pending in the court of the A.C.J.M-III, Khagaria.
The accusation is that six persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner reached near the informant and started abusing the informant. At that time, this petitioner hurled the bomb causing injury at the face and chest of the informant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17818 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
