ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 26-11-2024 It is stated by both the parties that the loan account of the petitioner has been closed and nothing remains in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed this Hon'ble Court to give a direction to the respondent-Bank to furnish 'No Objection Certificate' at the earliest.

2. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondentBank to issue 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition
