This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case on being apprehended by police during raid conducted on some confidential information, one country made pistol loaded with single cartridge with one spare were recovered.
Submission is of false implication,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45147 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 further, petitioner carries no criminal antecedent. If, it is so, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 190/2014, with a condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
