The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 registered under Sections 376/511 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 23.09.2014 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in near future.
