2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, on 14.03.2023, at about 2 A.M., the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and started committing indecent act with her. When she protested, the petitioner threatened her and attempted to commit rape with her. On hue any cry, the daughter of her sister-in-law and other family members woke up and knocked the door of the informant. The petitioner threatened them not to disclose the

4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. did not level any kind of allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
