This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 498A, 504, 323/34 and 494 of the Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is either ready to keep his wife with full dignity or, if for any reason the wife is not ready to live with him, he is ready to pay maintenance of Rs.1500/- per month.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 406 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, subject to the conditions that after one month his release the petitioner shall keep his wife with full dignity or if for any reason the wife is not ready to live with him, the petitioner shall pay maintenance worth Rs.1500/- per month till higher maintenance decided by a
