Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim-girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., a copy at Annexure-2, reveals that she has not alleged kidnapping or abduction by anyone, rather she is specific that she had voluntarily gone to Jaipur.
