2. The petitioner by means of this writ petition, has put to challenge letter no. 964, dated 22.08.2022, issued by the Executive Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Ben, Nalanda, whereby the petitioner's services as Block Teacher has been dispensed with.

3. Since the petitioner was the Block Teacher, in view

Patna High Court CWJC No.10947 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioner.
