JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2019 This writ application has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 07.02.2019 for re-consideration and enhancement of the amount of compensation awarded to her against acquisition of her land, which according to her, is commercial in nature. Annexure-6 is the representation filed on 07.02.2019 by the petitioner before the Competent Officer-cum-District Land Acquisition Officer, Rohtas.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the grievance of the petitioner be looked into by the competent authority, in accordance with law, on the basis of her application

It is made clear that I have not gone into the merit of the case of the petitioner, nor the direction to the respondent to consider her representation will amount to conferring any jurisdiction upon an office, which may not be having the jurisdiction. The representation dated 07.02.2019 shall be subject to the competence of the competent authority to decide the same.
