The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended that both the parties are agnates and are having previous land dispute among themselves and in course of attack and counter attack, both the parties have sustained injuries.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case in which both sides sustained injuries, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51861 of 2014 (3) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014.
