The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 12 of 2019 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(B)/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of huge quantity of intoxicating drugs such as codeine and strips of Nitravet tablets etc. from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Araria in connection with Special Case No. 12 of 2019 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2019.
