2. Considering the nature of allegation, which relates to certain transactions of money, which allegedly has not been paid by the petitioners to the O.P. No.2, I find that the matter can be resolved amicably outside the Court by way of mediation and the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned District Court on 11.09.2025 at 10.30 am.
3. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10968 of 2015(11) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 action to refer the matter before the learned mediator of the District Mediation Center.
4. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case.
5. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to appear on 11.09.2025 at 10.30 am. before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall automatically lose its force and the District Court may take appropriate action in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
