JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after remand of the matter to the District Magistrate, Buxar by an order dated 22.02.2008 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in Arms Appeal No. 9 of 2005, the case of the petitioner for restoration of arms license is pending consideration and no order has been passed, although the petitioner, in the meantime, has been acquitted in the criminal case, on account of pendency of which, the arms license was cancelled.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Buxar to dispose of the Arms

Patna High Court CWJC No.13574 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Case No. 8 of 2002, if not already disposed of, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
