No. 56746 of 2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioner No. 1 (Ram Nandan Yadav).

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 55/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act.

The petitioners are the victims because their relatives have been killed in an accident and they have protested against the aforesaid accident.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with
