JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 It is submitted by Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondents at the highest level have taken a decision not to proceed against the petitioner in the departmental proceeding. Against the same proceedings, the instant writ petition was filed. The consequential benefits as a result of such decision could not be extended to the petitioner by the authorities in view of pendency of the instant proceeding. He submits that pendency of the instant proceeding is coming in the way of grant of consequential benefits on account of decision of the General Manager dated 3.4.2019 of the respondent Company.

In view of the said submission the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.3188 of 2012(3) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 disposed of.

It would be open to the respondent authorities to proceed further in light of their decision dated 3.4.2019 in accordance with law.
