The petitioners seek regular bail in a case under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that her daughter Anita Devi was married to Tarkeshwar Mahto about seven years ago. On 29.05.2014 one person informed her that her daughter was strangulated to death. When the informant went there, she found that the dead body of her daughter was already cremated. It is submitted that the petitioners are mother-inlaw and brother-in-law of the deceased. The informant has made omnibus and general allegation of demand of dowry and torture. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45614 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Gorea Kothi P.S. case No.68 of 2014.
