1. The petitioner has filed the instant writ application for the following relief :- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of an appropriate Writ/ Order or Direction, in the nature of a Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order or direction for quashing the Advertisement No.10 dated 20.7.2011 read with Advertisement dated 25.4.2012, in so far as it purports to fix 31.7.2011 as the cut-off date of eligibility under
Patna High Court CWJC No.8814 of 2012(3) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 clause 3 (a) as the same is contrary to and in violation of the cut-off date statutorily fixed under Clause 2 of Annexure - C of the Senior Resident, Tutor and Bihar Medical Education Service Cadre Recruitment, Appointment and Promotion Rules, 2008 (herein after referred to as the "2008 Rules"); The Petitioner further prays for a consequential Writ/ Order or Direction, commanding the Respondents to consider the eligibility of Petitioner strictly in accordance with the cut-off date statutorily fixed under Clause 2 of Annexure - C to 2008 Rules."
