Counsel for the Corporation submits that other than the fact that the petitioner as per the scheme applicable in the Corporation for rehabilitation of the family of the employees is not entitled to benefit of compassionate appointment, the application of the petitioner lacks bonafide since the specific case of the respondents is that the petitioner has misrepresented regarding his marital status.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1065 of 2015 (8) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 to the annexures C, D and D-1 of the reply and supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents no. 1 to 3 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.
4. Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, without expressing any merit on the submissions made by counsel for the Corporation, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
