The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made that while informant was cultivating his land accused persons surrounded him and assaulted him. There is allegation of firing in the First Information Report but in the impugned order it has been stated that no fire arm injury was received by any person.
