2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hiramma P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant along with her minor daughter went outside her house to attend call of nature and in that course, the accused persons along with the petitioner took away informant's daughter at gun point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the prosecution

No.51494 of 2024(3) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 story is false, frivolous and concocted and the petitioner has been dragged in this case with malicious intention at the hands of his enemy. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the petitioner and the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 28-02-2024.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature. In past, he had kidnapped another minor girl and her father has lodged Hiramma P.S. Case No. 88 of 2022.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the fact that the petitioner has a similar kind of criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly, the same is rejected. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
