2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that due to road rage, the occurrence took place and the injury caused is simple in nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50270 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024.
