Patna High Court C. REV. No.388 of 2013 (3) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 Letters Patent Appeals were restored to their original files and they have been directed to be listed for analogous hearing along with LPA Nos. 230/2011, 224/2011 and 298/2011 before appropriate Bench.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this application is also allowed. The order dated 17.05.2011 passed in L.P.A. No.1774 of 2010 is recalled. The said L.P.A. is directed to be listed for analogous hearing along with L.P.As. indicated hereinabove.

The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
