Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is of recovery of country made liquor. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 19.08.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.824 of 2021(4) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 connection with Gaighat Police Station Case No.246 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
