2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three loaded country made pistols, one country made pistol, 07 live cartridges, seven empty-cartridges and one mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2024.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49737 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected for the present. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
