2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. That this is an application for issuance of proper writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to the respondents to return back the post of Block Animal Husbandry Officer to the Parent Department i.e. Diary, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Department as the post

Patna High Court CWJC No.10082 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 of Block Animal Husbandry Officer (here-inafter referred as BAHO) is Basic Cadre Post of Diary, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry Department, which is very much apparent from the Service Condition Rules, 2014, subsequently amended in 2021 vide Memo no.

1967 dated 30/07/2021 with regard to Service Condition Rules of Bihar Veterinary Service Class-II, Level-9 Post as presently the Post of BAHO is under Rural Development Department and the Officers of Class-II are compelled to work under Class-II Officers of Rural Development Department having Level of 7, which is totally unjustified and arbitrary. And/Or II. For a further direction to the respondents to implement the decision already taken in the year 2013 for repatriation of BAHO from Rural Development Department to Animal Husbandry Department but till date final decision has not been taken reasons best known to the respondents."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue this matter before the concerned department afresh.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

5. As such, this writ petition stands disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
