2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 IPC registered in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 34/2919.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the accusations are general and omnibus in nature. The parties are gotia and there is case and counter case between them.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as the injuries sustained by the informant's side to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43630 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned Court below the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
