It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has succeeded before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, and the order was passed in his favour.

By Annexure-7, the petitioner had filed an application before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara, under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School

Patna High Court CWJC No.4453 of 2013 (8) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015, which is dated 01.03.2012 which is still pending before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the District Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara is directed to take all necessary steps to dispose of the application of the petitioner which is pending since 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
