This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
For land dispute, an occurrence of assault allegedly took place wherein petitioner no. 2, Bhola Rai, caused cut injury on the finger of the informant and petitioner no. 1, Lal Babu Rai, caused injuries with lathi on the non-vital part of the father of the informant. There is case and counter case.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
