The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 468, 467, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of I.T. Act.

Allegation is that the police apprehended three persons including the petitioner and from their possession pages of order sheet in which name, address and mobile number of 2000 people were mentioned and cash of Rs.90,000/-, ATM card, mobiles etc were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47031 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 been made accused due to mistake of fact. It is further submitted that the petitioner will co-operate during trial. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.42745 of 2019. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) P.S. case No.191 of 2019.
