1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 6 / 2025 dated 06.02.2025 registered under Section 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 74, 75, 140 (3), 87, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023.

3. As per the F.I.R. on 06.02.2025 at about 7 p.m. in the evening while the informant was going to her shop the petitioners named in the F.I.R. misbehaved with the informant. They put vermilion on her head and forcibly brought her on a bed and tried to misbehave with the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any offence in the manner alleged and entire family members have falsely been implicated due to fact that the brother of the informant used to tease and misbehave with the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 and when objected and the petitioners' side tried to lodge F.I.R., in retaliation, the present F.I.R. has been lodged making false allegation. He further submits that the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 tried to lodge an F.I.R. which was not accepted by Ekchari Police Station then F.I.R. has been lodged before Mahila Police Station, Bhagalpur on 11.02.2025 by the petitioner no. 1 daughter namely Saraswati Kumari bearing Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 9 / 2025.

5. Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that both the parties are neighbours and there is case and counter case between the parties accordingly I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each
