The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. It is submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24182 of 2013, but the trial has not yet been concluded and the petitioner is in jail for the last two years. It appears that 82 kg Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said Ganja was not recovered from the house of the petitioner, rather the same has been recovered from the house of the father of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.329 of 2015 (3) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 recovered. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Tarapur P.S. Case No. 11/2013, pending in the court of the learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Munger. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
