JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

First Information Report has been instituted under Section 307 of the I.P.C. also besides other allied Sections, but after completing investigation chargesheet has been submitted only under Sections 351, 323, 324, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and accordingly the petitioner was granted police bail, but cognizance has been taken under Section 307 of the I.P.C. also, resulting, the petitioner is appending his custody after his surrender.

No.49498 of 2017 (2) dt.30-10-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
