The petitioner seeks bail in Special Excise Case No. 5145 of 2019 arising out of Rail Danapur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

It is alleged in the written report that 18 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 8.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on
