The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Marhurah (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 716 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A, 328, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against them. Petitioner are married Nanad and mother-in-law of the deceased respectively. Further he submits that both the parties have compromised the case. It is also submitted that husband of the deceased is already in custody.

P.S. Case No. 716 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
