Counsel for the petitioner referring to the communication issued by General Manager, Lauriya Sugar Mill dated 09.09.2011 submits that Corporation took work from the petitioner between November, 2008 to August, 2009. Bills in respect of that period were raised as is evident from subsequent letter dated 22.12.2011 issued by the same General Manager. However, only advance of Rs 3000/- was paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4412 of 2012(3) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Petitioner's counsel submits that for the balance payment, petitioner would approach the Managing Director of Corporation. In the event such application is filed within two weeks, Managing Director ( respondent no.4) would be obliged to dispose of the same by reasoned and speaking order and dues if found admissible, shall also be paid to the petitioner within the period of three months thereafter.
