JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 All the three cases arise out of Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.727 of 2014, as such; they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 2.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The allegation against the petitioners is that they were indulged in the immoral traffic act.

It is submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent except petitioner Dinesh Prasad Kushwaha. It is further submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tempering with the evidence. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No.727 of 2014 with the following conditions :

One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4.

In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
