1. The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the action of a privately run affiliated college for payment of his salary for the period 26.08.2015 to 17.12.2015.

2. As per law, the writ petition is not maintainable against a privately run affiliated college.

3. Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this application.

4. The application is dismissed.

5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent forum for grant of relief sought for in this application.
