JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 26.02.2013 passed in Case No. 832/2011 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
