2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner along with other coaccused persons armed with lathi-danda came to the house of informant and assaulted informant and his son . It is further alleged that this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted assaulted on the head of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (East ), Muzaffarpur in Sakra Police Station Case No. 348 of 2019.
