In the light of statement made in the supplementary affidavit, counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-3 of the main application in course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 384, 386, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, three unknown persons riding on motorcycle surrounded the informant and demanded Rs. 1,000/- on the point of gun. The accused persons also snatched Rs. 24,743/- from him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11-03-2019. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- which will be subject to final outcome of the case. It is further submitted that the petitioner will cooperate during trial.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- which will be subject to final outcome of the case. On doing so, the petitioner, above named, will be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S.
