The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 325 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant due to which, he sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the injury report of the informant is found to be simple in nature as opined by the doctor as appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47624 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 from Annexure-2 of this petition. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Arwal in connection with Karpi (Shahartelpa) Police Station Case No.114 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
