Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394,302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2020. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused. However, the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. Only material against the petitioner is his criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts especially no material against the petitioner in this case for his further detention in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8660 of 2021(2) dt.25-06-2021 2/2 absence of anything to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bahadurganj Police Station Case No.07 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
