2. The present petition has been preferred for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 14 of 2022 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheohar to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani.
3. This case was taken up twice and on both the occasions, there has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
4. A counter affidavit on behalf of sole opposite party has been filed and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party has fairly submitted that he only wants the conclusion of the proceeding whether it is Sheohar or Madhubani, it does not matter to him with only liberty to appear either physically or through virtual mode.

5. Appreciating the stand taken by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party and looking into the petition where the lady has narrated that the loan that was taken for the marriage could not be cleared till date, considering her financial position, this Court intends to transfer the Matrimonial Case No. 14 of 2022 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheohar to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani with liberty to both the parties to appear either physically or through virtual mode.
6. Accordingly, the MJC No. 1505 of 2022 is allowed with the aforesaid observation.
