JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 28.12.2012 passed in Case No.10 of 2012 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saran, Chapra.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2249 of 2013 (6) dt.23-08-2017 Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
It has further been pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 12.02.2013.
The petitioner will be at liberty to make a separate application before the State Appellate Authority during the pendency of the appeal within a period of ten days from the date of filing of the appeal and the same shall be disposed of within a period of twenty days from date of filing of such application. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
