2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that one Ganesh Tanti (Petitioner no.2) along with others has assaulted the family members of the informant and it is further alleged that he knocked down the informant by catching her hair. Specific allegation against Petitioner No. 1 is that he and one Deepak

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45397 of 2025(3) dt.16-09-2025 2/3 Tanti assaulted with iron rod on the head of Ajay Kumar Tanti due to which he received bleeding head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that from perusal of the injury report of Ajay Kumar Tanti it will transpire that he has received three injuries. One is laceration on head, second is swelling right eye with stitched wound and third is pain in right side lower jaw. The first injury has been opined to be grievous. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that there is also a counter version of this case and in the counter version, the petitioners side has also received grievous injuries as well. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also submitted that the petitioners are men of clean antecedent and are in judicial custody since 14.05.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail of the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 11 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each of them with two sureties of
