Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the 04.03.2015.
State.
Petitioners are accused in a case under Sections 364, 364(A) of the Penal Code. From the statement of the victim boy itself it is evident that Suresh Sahni, 4-5 others abducted him while he was sleeping by the side of his grandmother. Petitioner No. 1 is Suresh Sahni, Petitioner No. 2 is his other accomplice who has been implicated in this case by Suresh Sahni.
In the circumstances, I am not inclined to release either of the two petitioners. They have remained in jail custody with effect from 23.06.2014, in the circumstances, let the case (Saraiya P.S. Case No. 216/14, pending in the court of A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur)
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46886 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 be committed to the court of sessions, if not already committed, trial expedited.
