The petitioners are accused in a case under Sections 328 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they are not named in the F.I.R. and no incriminating materials have

They further submits that their name have been transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. One Sanjay Singh, similarly situated, has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. case no. 54 of 2014 with the condition that they will not physically absent for two consecutive dates at stretch till two witnesses are examined.
